Founder Profile

Mr. Zaman was born in Bangladesh. After completing his Engineering in Bangladesh, he shifted to Singapore in the early 90’s and started his career as an employee at Jurong Shipyard, Singapore.

After serving a few years at Jurong Shipyard, he sought more challenging and career-development opportunities and therefore resigned from the shipyard.

He joined a Ship Repair Engineering Company as a Manager. After achieving valuable experience, he decided to elevate himself to a more global and dynamic role. He then resigned and joined a Japanese company, where his role required extensive worldwide travel.

Due to job requirements involving frequent global travel at short notice, he decided to change his nationality and became a Singapore Citizen.

During his worldwide travels, he gained extensive global engineering experience and built strong international business relationships. These experiences later evolved into his own Business Group of Companies.

His honesty, good behavior, hard work, global experience, and strong business connections worldwide are the core assets behind the success of the ZAMAN GROUP OF COMPANIES.
